St. Patrick’s Day activity – The students wrote directions on how to catch a leprechaun. They also decorated a shamrock with pieces of tissue paper.

David’s Drawing – We read the book David’s Drawing by Cathryn Falwell. David’s classmates work together to create a beautiful picture. The students worked in groups to create their own beautiful pictures.
Snowmen at Night – We read Snowmen at Night by Caralyn Buehner. It’s a story about what snowmen do at night. The students drew their favorite part from the book and wrote a command to the snowmen.
Where the Wild Things Are: Our most recent art class was based on the book Where the Wild Things Are.
Lent – The students wrote what their Lenten promise is.
St. Patrick’s Day – We had a buddy activity last Thursday with the 5th grade class. We made a leprechaun under a rainbow.
