I hope everyone had a great 3 day weekend! Although we have a short week this week, we have another busy week ahead of us. Tuesday, is our pep rally and Friday is our 100th day of school.

100th day of School: Please help us celebrate by collecting 100 small objects (for example buttons, rubber bands, pennies, or paper clips). Please DO NOT send in valuable items. The children’s belongings will all be displayed on a table labeled “100” and shared. Please be sure to put your child’s collection in a labeled self- closing plastic bag. Remember, collectible items should be safe, creative, and fun! Send the items to school as soon as possible, but NO LATER than February 22. Thank you!

Easter Candy Sales: Please turn in your World’s Finest Easter candy sales this week.

This month’s service learning project is the sock drive. This month, Kindergarten and 1st grade will be in charge. Our school will be collecting new, clean white socks for Operation School Bell. Their focus is to help children remain in the classroom by supplying appropriate, comfortable, and well fitting school attire. A box has been placed outside the Kindergarten classroom for the donations.
